  At Beauty Tips Club, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied, our straightforward policy makes it easy for you to return or exchange items.

  Eligibility for Returns

  You may return your product under the following conditions:

  1. 1. Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us within the same day of receiving your order to initiate a return for damaged or defective items. Return shipping will be covered by us.

  1. 1. Incorrect Item: If the wrong item was shipped, notify us within 7 days for a return. Return shipping will be covered by us.

  1. 1. Unopened and Unused Products: Returns for change of mind are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unopened, and unused condition. Return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

  1. 1. Bras: Can be returned if the size is unsuitable, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. (Panties included in sets are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.)
